The group reviews recent Council activities and discussions, checks on action points and discusses the agenda for future meetings.  It has no decision-making powers.
  2. Any items brought forward by the chairs of the five standing committees.
  3. The council standard work programme, available to members on the Council papers page.
  4. A report of each council meeting is made available to members on the Council papers page.
